GinaMarie Scarpa-Mabry/Managing Partner
GinaMarie has worked in the non-profit sector for over ten years. She started her career as a volunteer for numerous youth organization throughout Phoenix Arizona and from 1993-2002 served as the Executive Director of the A.C. Green Youth Foundation, founded by NBA “Iron Man” A.C. Green. She manages all aspects of the NABI Tournament and has founded the NABI Foundation.  Her passion is to secure funding for the NABI Foundation to help with the educational expenses not covered by scholarships awarded at the tournament and to create a mentor program for NABI athletes who pursue college educations.
Mark West/Partner
Former Phoenix Suns player and is currently serving as Assistant General Manager for the Phoenix Suns working along side team President and General Manager Bryan Colangelo. He carries out a range of duties focusing on the business of basketball, player relations and development, and community representation. His passion is to encourage and support youth to pursue their dreams through higher education.  His talent and skills are instrumental in the overall organization and success of the NABI tournament.
Scott Podleski/Founder
Scott has worked nearly 25 years in professional sports. Formerly, the Tickets Sales Manager for the Arizona Rattlers, he is the founder of the NABI tournament and continues to promote and be the voice that shares the vision and goal of NABI.
